Our Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all members, players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters of Redditch Hockey Club. It ensures we uphold respect, fairness, and integrity both on and off the pitch.

DO
- Arrive prepared and on time
- Support officials’ decisions
- Encourage teammates positively
- Represent the club respectfully in public and online
DONT
- Abuse, intimidate or harass anyone
- Use discriminatory language or behaviour
- Bring the club into disrepute
- Ignore safety instructions from coaches/officials
What we expect
Training attendance, fair play, kit, discipline.
Safeguarding first, inclusive sessions, balanced game time where appropriate, example-setting.
Positive sideline behaviour, liaise via managers, respect safeguarding guidance.
No dissent to umpires, keep off technical areas, applaud good play from both sides.
Respectful tone, no naming/shaming, follow club’s social media guidance.
