Training sessions:
Junior Hockey - Junior coaching from 10:00am until 12:00pm every Sunday
- Junior coaching from 6.00pm until 7.00pm every Wednesday

Senior Hockey - Senior coaching from 7.00pm until 9.00pm every Wednesday
Men’s 1st XI squad from 9.00pm until 10.00pm every Wednesday
Ladies 1st XI squad from 9.00pm until 10.00pm every Wednesday
